Maintaining a Positive Balance

For Student and Staff Cafeteria Accounts you can add funds to your accounts in the following ways:

  • Using a card through the EZ School Pay Account Portal
  • Bringing cash or check payment to a cashier
  • Mailing a check payment to the Food and Nutrition Program

Please maintain a positive balance on all cafeteria accounts.

STAFF ACCOUNTS
  • Please create an EZ School Pay account, and using your ID number, add yourself as a student to see and monitor your account.
  • Staff accounts may not charge - a positive balance has to be maintained for purchasing.
Negative Balance Alerts

Every week, we send a notice weekly of student negative balances to guardians through email, text, and a call. This is to work to keep you best informed of your student's account so a balance does not accumulate, so you can work to keep the balance postive.
