    Chromebook Damage Process
    1. A helpdesk ticket for device repair is created.

    2. IT will collect the device to evaluate the damage and determine if it results from neglect.

    3. IT will document with pictures the damage in the helpdesk ticket and add building administration to the helpdesk ticket, informing them of damage to the device.

    4. IT will repair the device, return it to the school, update the ticket with pictures of repairs, and close the ticket.

    5. IT will create an invoice and send it to the parents and building administration.
