EZ School Pay & Account Monitoring
EZ School Pay is a third party convenience that we offer to our student's parents and guardians to monitor cafeteria account activity and balances. Through this website, you can also add money to your student's cafeteria account by credit card if you choose. There is a $2.50 card processing fee applied to transactions.
However, the site offers several free services which you are encouraged to take part in. With an account you can:

View a student's transactions

View a student's current balance

See what items a student is purchasing

Upload money to a student's cafeteria account

Set up automatic email alerts which will send a reminder when the student's account reaches a specific amount
To set up your EZ School Pay account, go to www.ezschoolpay.com. Create and setup a parent account and add your student(s). You will need your child's student ID number, which is the student's school ID number. Please contact the Food Service Director (Anna Muncy) or the student's school secretary to retrieve that number. Once you have added the student to your account, you will be able to make a payment, view transactions, and set email reminders.
For technical assistance with an account, please contact the IT Department helpdesk@hdsd.org. For an account number, transferring a balance from one student to another, or questions regarding transactions and purchasing, please contact the Food Service Director.
